I also had a problem with the swoop racing in Onderon. The resolution of that image is 1280x1024.

However my kotor 2 ends up looking like this, with the restored content mod or no, and with or without the fixed hud.Here you can drag the mouse along the scale to come up with a custom DPI setting. (It originally belonged to/was first played by my dad.) It worked just fine on both Windows XP and Windows 7.
